Good Morning and Happy Friday! I hope you have had a great week and are ready for the weekend. I am so excited about my post today, because it is something near and dear to my heart. I am partnering with Loft to bring awareness to Breast Cancer and Breast Cancer research. If you are new to my blog, you may not know that I am a three year survivor of Triple Negative Breast Cancer (Thank God!). Triple Negative is a very aggressive form of breast cancer with much research still needed. This type of Breast Cancer does not discriminate in age, and is affecting women in their 30’s just as much as older women. I cannot stress to you enough, that early detection is key!

Loft has teamed up with jewelry designer Tai, to create a limited edition collection to help women living with Breast Cancer. Because we should all be concerned about this dreadful disease, 60% of the purchase price of these pieces will be donated to BCRF (Breast Cancer Research Fund) through November 15, 2016. There are four designs to chose from; a beautiful pearl necklace, pearl drop earrings (that I am wearing above), a layered gemstone necklace (love this piece!), and gemstone hoop earrings, all under $40. I have personally seen all of them, and each one is really beautiful! I love that Loft is doing this for all of us, because we will all be touched by Breast Cancer in one way or the other. Not only am I wearing the beautiful Tai pearl earrings, but how adorable is my whole look? I picked up these pieces from Loft and am loving each one. So, a few weeks back, I ordered a pair of “more” expensive black velvet jeans, I then walked into Loft and these were staring me in the face. I tried them on, and sent the more expensive pair back. These are so flattering, and look better than the ones I had ordered for about 1/3 of the price. They also come in a beautiful burgundy and navy and are offered in petite and tall sizes. The blouse that I am wearing has an adorable cherry print and bowtie for a sweet demure look and is on sale for $49.99 (with an extra 40% off woohoo!!!). I topped the blouse off with what is maybe my favorite piece, this textured open cardigan. This cardigan is so cozy, has pockets, and comes in a “toasted coconut” color too. I promise, it looks so much like the one that I bought from a French designer last year, and is a fraction of the cost. This piece is also on sale!

I am so impressed with Loft and the quality of their clothes and the wide range of sizes they offer. I also love the Lou & Grey active wear pieces that are on line and in Loft stores. Talk about cozy and cute for workouts! I want to reiterate how important early detection is in saving lives. Please get your mammograms and check yourselves. My tumor was hiding and could not be felt, that is why mammograms are so important.
