Hi Everyone! Hope your week is going well so far! I didn’t get to vote yesterday (I feel really bad about it!), because we haven’t switched our drivers license to Tennessee yet! I know…it’s bad, but I dread having to go to the DMV and get another bad picture, so I keep putting it off. And, if truth be known, the Texan in me doesn’t want to! So this whole election thing is getting dicey, and that’s all I am saying on the subject! Yesterday I helped a friend deliver Meals on Wheels. I had never done it before, and as sad as some of the recipients were, some were quite funny! One elderly man wanted to tell us about his dating life, and another got funny and a teeny bit dirty with some innuendos (which I thought was hilarious and definitely played along!). I think I may sign up and start delivering.

Okay, are you all sick of my sunglasses? My daughter told me to give them a rest, but I really love them. I have to admit, I did buy them in a brown lens, because I love the shape so much. You might have seen this pleat-hem tank on me before, but I love it, and am going to order it in the ivory. It’s such a great layering piece with a little pizazz, and it’s on sale for 59.99. I am crazy about this boucle jacket too! I got it at Club Monaco the last time I was in Dallas. I wore it out with some stylish friends, and they all thought it was from the French line Iro. It really does look a lot like the line, but is a lot less expensive. I really like this one and this one too (on sale)! All of their jackets are really good!
