NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE PICKS FOR WOMEN

Hi ladies! I am writing this post with a heavy heart about the events that occurred in my home state over the July 4th weekend. I can not imagine, as a parent, dropping your child off at camp thinking they were there for a fun week, only to have a flood like Noah’s happen. I am praying for those parents who lost a child and for all of the other people in Kerrville who lost someone as well. Sometimes life doesn’t make any sense at all.

I’m feeling a little icky writing a post with such heartbreak going on, but the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale starts today, and many of you love to shop it. It’s my job to help you navigate this sale, and I’ve selected some of my favorite products to share with you. It’s a great sale for shopping basics, outerwear, leather goods, and gifts to give for birthdays or holidays. My advice is, if you see something you love, buy it. You can always return.

A little about my “50s Housewife” look. This dress (from Nordstrom) is so cute and lightweight. It’s a great dress for hot summer days. I feel very “Lucy Ricardo” when wearing it. I popped a black cardigan over my shoulders for air-conditioned spaces. I paired these snakeskin sandals with a black bag to complete the look.

We have been in Montana for over a week and will head home later this week. We’ve had my younger son and his wife, as well as my daughter, her husband, and their two little ones here. It’s been so fun, but the weather was a little iffy and chilly. It’s beautiful now!

I am sharing my favorite picks from women’s clothing, outerwear, and shoes today. The sale starts today; however, you must be a Nordstrom credit card holder and have a specific status within the Nordstrom Club rewards program. I suggest that you heart your favorites or put them in your cart. Check back each day to see if you are eligible to shop.
