Hi, everyone! Hope you are having a great week so far! I am very honored to be partnering up with Always Discreet this month because November is Bladder Health Awareness Month. This month, on behalf of , bladder health expert Dr. Renee helped to educate us on bladder health.

My days to deal with bladder leakage are coming. I used to be able to hold my pee all day long, and I was the queen of driving forever without stopping on road trips. Clearly, these aren’t super healthy practices, that Always Discreet or Dr. Renee would endorse but I was still shocked to learn that, on average, women wait 6.5 years from the first time they experience symptoms until they obtain a diagnosis for their bladder control problem. We need to take care of our bodies, including our bladders, Ladies. Bladder leakage is all part of life, and I for one am grateful that we live in a time where we have products like Always Discreet to help to deal with these issues. The Discreet product line is available for purchase at !

Ladies, this is not something that we should be embarrassed by. I have IBS, which is definitely a nuisance, especially when I am out shopping, and I have to find a bathroom immediately or can’t leave the house because I am doubled over on the floor, or the worst, when visiting New York walking the street and need a bathroom stat! Luckily, for bladders leaks, it’s totally different. The products are so helpful and supportive that managing a sensitive bladder really doesn’t need to take away from your routine. If you are one of the 40 million 40+ aged women who experience sensitive bladder leaks, you know you’re not alone! However, Dr. Renee says urinary incontinence is also found in 10 Percent of women between ages 19 and 30. Urinary incontinence is twice as prevalent in women as men, and, left untreated, can be debilitating. For women who aren’t currently experiencing bladder leaks, your time may come, because 1 in 3 women have a sensitive bladder, and only 1 in 6 women are using the right products for it. Hey…it’s no biggie and part of life, and we should feel comfortable talking about bladder leaks! With Always, we can be Discreet!

is on a mission to educate women that adult incontinence is much more common than you think, and Dr. Renee has partnered with them to help. For example, after having babies, the bladder changes, and you’re not able to do Kegels as effectively. While aging, the bladder gets weaker, and you may sprinkle a little tinkle when you exercise, dance, cough, sneeze, or laugh. I hope we have all laughed hard enough to sprinkle or almost wet our pants (those are the best laughs!). When it happens, Always Discreet has got you covered!

Depending on your level of bladder leaks, Always Discreet has pads, liners, and underwear to help stop those leaks. Always Discreet was designed with women’s needs in mind. That’s why these products provide amazing comfort, protection, discretion, and odor control. There is a super absorbent core that quickly turns liquid into a gel for outstanding bladder protection. Always Discreet liners have a thin and flexible design, and the pads keep you dry without the bulk. The underwear has heavy leak protection that helps stop the leaks at the leg where they happen most. Click here to purchase at !

My son is hosting Thanksgiving, so I don’t have to set the table, but I am cooking a few things. My job is to make a sweet potato casserole, broccoli souffle, and pecan and chess pies. What are you all cooking up?  My in-laws are coming into town and staying with us, so I am off today to get flowers and do some errands, and most importantly, my color!!! You all have a fantastic day! xx

Thank you to Always Discreet for sponsoring this post.
