I am writing this, in hopes that everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day! I am so lucky that my mom and my mother in law are still “young” and healthy. I had a very relaxing day, and was so happy to have two of three of my chickens with me for dinner last night (also my daughter in law, grand baby and parents). My husband is the cook around here and he cooked the “first” barbecue of the spring, and my favorite blue cheese cole slaw. I was a happy mama! This is going to be a fun week (I think!). We are keeping our grand baby while his mom and dad travel to celebrate their fifth anniversary. Wish us luck!!!
A couple of weeks ago, a friend asked me to post about jumpsuits. I had already bought the one I am wearing and planned to do it anyway. I know I’ve done the jumpsuit in another decade, but I am doing it again ( I know…big faux pas!). I can’t tell you how comfy this one is. It’s by Young Fabulous and Broke. I ordered several from Shopbop, and this is the one that worked. I wore it twice last week to different events, and felt like I was in my pajamas.
What I like about them, is they can hide figure flaws, they are comfortable, and they are great for traveling. You can throw a jacket over it and it looks like a different outfit. This one is going in my suitcase for some upcoming trips! My only beef with them, is if you have to pee. Other than that, they are a great addition to a wardrobe.
