THOUGHTFUL GIFT IDEAS FOR MOTHER’S DAY

Celebrating Mother’s Day: Thoughtful Gift Ideas for all of the mamas
Hello, ladies! I hope you all have had a great weekend. I hosted my mom’s 85th birthday dinner at our home on Friday night. It was so much fun, and the most important part was that my mom had a blast! My mom is my inspiration, and I hope to look and act like her at 85! Speaking of my mom, Mother’s Day is right around the corner. Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate the incredible women in our lives, whether it’s your mom, sister, daughter, or a cherished friend. I’ve rounded up my favorite gifts below in hopes that they help you find that perfect gift. I just got these earrings and can’t decide whether to keep them or give them to my mom!
Personalized Jewelry: A piece of jewelry, such as a necklace or bracelet with her initials or birthstone, can add a personal touch and serve as a lasting keepsake. I just got this STORY IN GOLD ENGRAVED PENDANT and couldn’t love it more. I have the first initials of my four grandchildren on this precious little gold charm that I designed. Design one for a gift or create your own.
Spa Day Package: Treat her to a day of relaxation with a spa gift card. A massage, facial, or manicure can provide much-needed pampering. I love the Joule spa!
Subscription Box: Consider a subscription box tailored to her interests, like gourmet food, gardening, or flowers. This gift keeps giving long after Mother’s Day!
Experience Gifts: Give her the gift of an experience, such as a cooking class, wine tasting, or concert tickets. These memories will last a lifetime. Eataly in Dallas offers fun classes and wine tastings. My favorite concert venue in Dallas features great artists in a civilized atmosphere, complete with authentic glass wine glasses.
Custom Photo Book: Compile cherished family photos and memories into a custom photo book. This thoughtful and nostalgic gift can be treasured for years.
Health and Wellness Products: Help her maintain her well-being with items like yoga classes, fitness trackers, or health-focused cookbooks.
Cozy Home Essentials: A soft blanket, stylish slippers, or a beautiful candle (and this one) can provide a stress-free environment.
Remember, it’s the thought that counts. Choose a gift that reflects her personality and shows your love and appreciation.
A little about my outfit: I wore this to the ME&EM store opening in Dallas last month. They were so generous and gifted me the top and skirt. It’s so gorgeous in person, and I couldn’t decide between the brown (which I’m wearing) and the cream and black. I’m sorry to say that this color way is almost sold out in every size, but the cream and black is still available. It is such a beautiful look!

We are cleaning out our laundry room today (sounds fun!) because it’s being demolished this week. When we bought our house, we bought it because it had the best bones and felt very Southern. We love our house so much, except for three rooms—our bathroom, closet, and laundry room. There is nothing we can do to add space to our bathroom or closet. We did what we could before we moved in, which wasn’t much. Our laundry room is tiny, but it has two deep closets that don’t make sense. We are gutting the whole room and starting over. I can’t wait!
I hope you all have a great day! Stay well and Be safe! xx
