SOMA INTIMATES WITH CHIC AT EVERY AGE
Hi, everyone! Hope you all have had a great week! I am so excited to share this post with you today. Back in November, our Chic at Every Age group was flown to Miami to work with Soma Intimates on their Spring campaign focusing on “solutions.” Needless to say, we were thrilled and so excited. One, to work with Soma and two, we love being together, and a girl trip to Miami was the icing on the cake! The team at Soma was terrific and treated us like queens.
Our photo/video shoot started early with make-up, hair, and wardrobe. In between shooting, we were put on camera for interviews. Who knew at my age I would be in this amazing situation??? Anyway, we got to try a few products from Soma that I want to tell you about because now I am hooked!
First, are these Cool Nights Pajamas. These pajamas are exactly how they sound with Soma’s signature “cool nights” fabric. They are soft with a stretch and drape that always feels cool against your skin. I can guarantee that everyone reading this post (unless you are a dude) either needs these pajamas or will need these pajamas soon. If you are pre-menopause, going through it, or sleep hot, these are the answer. They are super soft and comfy and come in lots of different styles. Second, are the Slimming Legging. I have to admit; sometimes I don’t feel that comfortable in a legging. I know this sounds crazy because I am slim, but I do have a little tummy, and I always feel like my stomach pokes out in them. Hold the phone…these leggings slim you underneath everything but don’t feel like shapewear. In fact, some women reported they were slimmed up to 3 inches in an independent test. These are now my go-to legging!
And last, is the Vanishing Back Bra. This bra put Soma on the map almost a decade ago, and now I know why! This bra is designed to smooth your back and sides. You know that skin that pushes up in those areas when you put your bra on and looks like you have a growth of some sort? This smooths all of that down! They make it with smooth edges that create a seamless look. This is the perfect bra to wear with tee’s, dresses, blouses, or anything that is a tighter fit. I decided to take off my shirt and be brave because I wanted to show the bra but also wanted to give a little peek at what a double mastectomy and construction looks like. Not bad, right?
