CHIC AT EVERY AGE- RUFFLE WRAP DRESS AND A $500 NORDSTROM GIVEAWAY
Oh, ladies, this ruffle wrap dress with the Chic at Every Age girls was a hard one for me, but I think I worked it out! If you are new to the blog, Chic at Every Age is precisely how it sounds! Each one of us represents a different age group and shows you how to style a piece in our own way (me being the oldest and tallest). We take turns picking the item, and this month it was Heather’s turn to choose. This ruffle wrap dress was one of the items and it is short! When I tried it on, I knew that I would be wearing something underneath.
Listen, if you are in your fifties and can wear a mini dress or skirt, my hat is off to you! I, on the other hand, cannot. I felt like my butt cheeks were hanging out below the ruffle, so I improvised! I was thinking about wearing leggings under the dress, but tried it with the white jeans and liked it. It’s sort of like wearing a tunic, don’t you think? The great news about this dress (besides it being really cute)is that it is $55 and you can barely find a top for that. I like that you can wear it with jeans, leggings, or as a dress (if you are so inclined). It comes in white as well as you can see and the bright pink is on sale for $27! I bought the size 2.
The Fashion Hour– Natalie wore hers more dressy with the high heel sandals.
Style of Sam– Sam chose to wear hers as a casual dress with a platform sandal.
So Heather– Heather went the dressier route as well, with the silver metallic accessories.

LOL! I love that you wore it as a top! 🙂 I have to admit that I am liking the midi style dresses and skirts a lot better lately. This is a super cute dress though and all the colors are great.
