Hi, Ladies! The ice and snow have all melted here in Dallas, and I am ready for spring; however, that is not what the groundhog is predicting. Who really believes a groundhog named Punxsutawney Phil anyway? It’s so lovely to see the sun and feel some warmth coming through the windows. I was supposed to leave on Saturday for a girl’s trip, but I decided to stay home because of a few things going on here. Guess what we are doing for the first time, starting on Thursday? We are babysitting our little grandbaby for the weekend. I’m so excited to spend time with her!

MY FAVORITE BLAZERS OF LATE

Today, I wanted to show my favorite blazers of late because I think a blazer is one of the most essential pieces to have in your closet, and from the looks of things (in my closet), I like them a lot! Blazers that fit you well can make any outfit look more pulled together. Adding a blazer elevates an outfit immediately. Think of what adding a black blazer to a white tee and jeans does! Anyway, I fell in love with this Veronica Beard blazer right before Christmas, and I’m sorry to say that it is sold out (except in 00). You can join the waitlist on your size here.

You know how much I love Veronica Beard blazers if you’ve been reading for a while now. They fit me perfectly (size 0). The blazer I am wearing is the Miller Dickey Jacket. I have purchased this blazer in different colors and love the fit. Any blazer or jacket from Veronica Beard is always good!

This is another favorite blazer from  Generation Love. The blazer below looks like a similar cut to the Miller Dickey Jacket. Generation Love has so many cute blazers, but the one below is a favorite. I do have this one in my cart, however!

This is a similar style as well with a great price point!

Black Favorite Blazers of Late

I’ve been eyeing the blazer below because of obvious reasons. It’s just so different and pretty. I love it as shown without a shirt underneath, but a pretty camisole would look great too!

You are getting ready to see bright colors in a big way, and the blazers below are both floating my boat at the moment! If you are a “pink” girl, this one is a beautiful shade to bring out your inner Barbie!

If you are more into yellow, this is the blazer! I need this in a big way!

Please help me! I have a problem! I love blazers, and this beauty has been in my cart for a few weeks now, and I hope my size sells out (so I am not tempted), but do you not love how special it is? It’s definitely a statement, and the color is so gorgeous!

First glance at this blazer reminded me of a toile headboard that my daughter had in her room when she was younger. When I looked closer, it is a safari scene. Anything black and white is so fun for spring and summer. Can’t you see turquoise, hot pink, bright green, or yellow with it?

And, because it’s still winter, these two velvet blazers are so beautiful. I have seen the solid navy in person, and it is so stunning and so soft…plus, it’s on sale! I think this could be worn all the way through April with white jeans or a white tee. The floral velvet is gorgeous with all of the colors I am seeing for spring. I would treat this one the same way going into spring.

So, I am wearing these jeans and this precious shirt with the blazer above. I am in love with the shirt! I also pulled out this adorable bag from Leatherology. Also, I love their products, and if you live in Dallas, they have a pop-up store in Northpark Mall. My boots are from Inez and are so comfortable! My belt is this one, and I wear it almost every day!

I am running around like a crazy person doing errands today. Last weeks, snow and ice have me a little behind in things I need to do, like buying Valentine gifts! I also need to start getting ideas on decorating a room we are getting ready to add. Construction begins in a few weeks, and if you have ordered furniture in the last year, you know that it takes forever to get!

I hope you all have a great day! Stay well and safe! xx
