Happy Labor Day Weekend! I got back from Los Angeles on Friday night and couldn’t sleep because of the time difference. So, I have to have my sleep! I got my Oura ring yesterday and am trying to monitor my sleep. I don’t know much about it yet, but I will report back when I do. We had a crazy night last night with family and friends over to watch football.

All three of the teams we love were playing at the same time. It was a night of football, wings, and specialty drinks (wine for me). Our house is so happy that football is back!
