THE BEST SUMMER TRAVEL DRESS I’VE EVER OWNED
Hello, friends! Can you believe how fast this summer is flying by? I read an article about how time seems to speed up as we age and how to slow it down. I’m not sure about you, but my time seems to be accelerating by the second, and I am going to try some of these simple ways to slow it down! We are back in Montana for a bit, and what a perfect place to slow it down.
I wanted to show you my favorite summer travel dress that I have ever owned. I took this dress with me to Miami a few weeks ago, and it was not only perfect but also a dream to pack (it folds up to nothing!). It’s a mid-weight, loose-knit fabric with a little stretch. It’s hard to tell from photos, but it has a crochet-like appearance. The dress has a detachable lining and ruffled cuffs. I wore it on one of our dressier nights in Miami with a pair of heeled sandals, and it was just perfect. We are heading to Mexico City in early September, and this dress is definitely coming with me!

I wanted to share a few more looks that have been featured on my Instagram, as well as those that will be featured in the future. The denim vest is a favorite, and it’s 40% off! I love that it has an optional belted adjustable belt to give it a little more personality. I would wear this in the Fall with a tee underneath. I might size up if you have a bigger bust.
I know jeans seem hot in the summer, but I still go for them most days. This pair is new from Frame that I am loving! I love the darker wash (for going into Fall) and the patch pockets. I paired a paper-thin (literally) tank made of paper and silk, making it super breathable. I’m wearing it now as is, but come Fall, under every jacket and blazer.

Last, these new white palazzo jeans with a chic front pocket detail. Another jean that I love right now! I am wearing a floral summer top with great colors! I can’t remember where I got the belt, but here is a similar one.
