Happy Hump Day, everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend and are getting things done! I’m almost embarrassed to tell you what I have had going on since Sunday, but you all are my peeps, and I will share. I contracted my third stomach flu for the year. I can count on one hand the times I had it from childhood to two years ago. For the last two years, I’ve had it six times. I’m a little down in the dumps because I don’t know why I keep getting it. Today, I wanted to share my gift ideas for guys in your life. Buying gifts for the guys is always a bit harder. I don’t know about your guys, but mine have difficulty figuring out what they want. I hope these items help if you are in a pinch like me. One thing that my husband uses and loves every single day is this Infrared PEMF Pro Mat. It’s a little pricey, but he uses it daily and swears by it for sleep and sore muscles. My daughter-in-law has one and says the same thing. It makes a great gift! I just ordered the Red Light Hat. I have noticed some thinning areas on my scalp, and I hope this will help! Also, another idea: if your guy likes Pickleball, you can design a paddle or buy their already fun designs HERE.
