THE BLUES

When I was in New York two weeks ago, I noticed that denim on denim was everywhere! Every store I went to, denim or chambray shirts were paired with jeans, denim skirts or shorts. There were darling denim dresses too! I purchased this shirt before I went to NYC, and of course didn’t take it with me. Instead, I took the same things I always take, which are jeans with black tops. This look would have been spot on! The chambray shirt is from one of my favorite stores, ZARA,( I never leave a ZARA empty handed… the prices are too good). I love these MOTHER frayed hem jeans I am wearing. I love them so much, that I think I have worn them every day for a week now (TMI!!!). They are just so dang comfortable (and I am still in the midst of a dusty house full of workman)!!!

Okay, now about this purse I am carrying. I was in a store in Dallas (Highland Park Village), called FIVE AND TEN, about a month ago. I was just browsing, when I saw this bag. First of all, I loved the color, then I realized it was by MANSUR GAVRIEL, which is a line of bags that you usually can’t get your hands on. There were about four bags in the store that day. I grabbed this one and swiped the ol’ credit card. I had been wanting a bucket bag, but had no idea that I would find this one. I found this MANSUR GAVRIEL (in a navy), but you better act fast if you like it!!! I put similar ones down below.

I saw a photo on Instagram yesterday, that said…”Dress like you are going to blog about it”. Oh my gosh, that got my attention! I think I am changing my jeans today. Have a great Wednesday!
