CHIC AT EVERY AGE-BLACK AND WHITE STRIPE TOP
Yay, it’s Friday! This has been a very busy week for me, and I am looking forward to laying as low as possible this weekend. I had a sweet friend of mine visit me from Houston for two nights this week. She is a blogger (25-years old) that I became friends with in Nashville. After we had moved back to Dallas, she moved back to Houston, her hometown. We had so much fun catching up and hanging out. I love having some younger friends. They have so much energy, and it rubs off!
The CHIC AT EVERY AGE got together to sport this adorable black and white stripe top with a bell sleeve. The top is so fun and is on sale! Let me tell you two things about it. One, you need to wear a tank underneath, because it is very low cut. Two, it’s a little difficult to put on at first. The best way to do it is to actually step into the shirt. If you order it, you will know what I am talking about. It is worth it! Our photographer sent us a video to look at as she started snapping away. Let’s just say it was a “naughty” video of a guy dancing at a party and his pants split and there were no boxers on. Use your imagination!!! We “had” to watch it several times to make sure we saw what we were supposed to!
Cute Natalie ( 20 something), is wearing hers with a black leather skirt and booties and looking so chic in it. I never even thought about pairing it with a skirt when I got it. I love it this way!
Sam (30 something), paired hers with a pair of flares and lace camisole. Sam accessorizes better than anyone I know. She can make a tee and jeans look like a million bucks with her accessories!
Heather (40 something) is wearing hers tucked into high waisted jeans with that great Gucci belt. Heather can rock a high waisted pair of jeans like no one! I always feel like I’m back in the 80’s wearing real “mom” jeans.
I paired mine with jeans as well with a stretchy cami underneath. I love the frayed edges on the jeans, and I cannot take these slides off my feet. Since I bought these, I have worn them almost every day! They are like wearing house slippers. If I could, I would buy them in every single color. I am going to guess that they are going to be huge for fall again, and I am going to save my money and get them with the fur.
If there is anything that you all would like us to try as a group, please let us know. We are up to try anything. I hope you all have a glorious weekend and that the weather is “Springlike” wherever you are!
Thank you for reading this post! xx

Hey Cathy!!
I might have said this before, but I love this series!! It is so fun to see the same item on different women!!
And I’m a huge fan of the raw hems lately!! I just got a denim skirt with one. I figure if and when it goes out of style, I can just hem it up to be normal!!

I love black and white in combination for clothing. The only problem I have is washing such clothes without the dye running
