Good Morning everyone! How is everyone feeling today? I am glad the election is over, and know that God is ultimately in control. We will be okay! Chic at Every Age is back today with this beautiful side ruched turtleneck dress. Unfortunately, from the time we shot it, this color sold out, but is available in gray. The gray would have been my second choice in this dress, because like most things in my wardrobe, it’s a neutral and would go with everything. Meaning…you can wear any color shoe or jacket color with it. Also, it’s on SALE for under $50!  I love the ruching, because you can pull it down to make it longer, or pull it up to shorten it. I think with ruching too, you can hide a stomach a little bit, making this is a great dress for Thanksgiving! I paired it with these fun suede fringe mules (because it was warm the day we shot and side note, they’re on sale too! ), and this beautiful soft scarf by Elizabeth Gillett. I am definitely going to wear this dress with black tights and boots.

If I were Brooke’s age (One Small Blonde), I would so be wearing the black thigh high boot and hiking the dress up like she did. I think for her age, she is definitely rocking it!

Sam (Style of Sam) looks adorable with the leather jacket and fringe bootie. I would totally wear my dress this exact way. I think the way this is styled, any age could wear this look!

Heather (So Heather) styled hers in a similar way, except put a heel (nice heel height) with hers, dressing it up for a night out. I would also wear this look out to dinner or a luncheon.

We got through the move pretty smoothly, except I’m trying to fit a fairly large house into a 2,000 square foot condo! A lot has gone to storage, but the hardest part is the closet. I have gone from a very large closet, to sharing one with my husband (yikes!), so now he gets to see the number of shoes I have and why they won’t fit! I really haven’t figured out where to put them. How many pairs of sneakers and flip flops do I need? We are heading to Florida today for my daughter in laws sister’s wedding. I’m so happy to get a little vacation after packing and moving, but know I have to hit it hard once we get back to get ready for Thanksgiving guests.

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday! xx
