Happy Friday! Such crazy things are happening in the world, but it keeps turning! How has your week been? It got very chilly here on Wednesday, and I have not warmed up since. Texas weather is crazy, and it will be back in the 70’s tomorrow. When the weather can’t make up its mind, it’s hard to figure out what to wear! I put this outfit together for those in-between days, so here are a few pieces under $100 and Valentine’s Day gift ideas.
A FEW PIECES UNDER $100 AND VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT IDEAS
Let me give you the details. I’ve had the leather jacket for about five years (great investment), the sneakers are newish, and the bag and my earrings are several years old. I just bought these stretch satin-like jogger pants and cozy velour sweatshirt to make a stylish outfit to run around in. I am in love with these joggers that also come in beige, which I have to get since they have been marked down under $40! They will be so fun in the spring with pastel color tops. The sweatshirt feels like a cozy dream and can be worn by itself or under blazers and jackets. I love wearing soft fabrics and being comfortable!
I mentioned my Golden Goose sneakers recently, but I will tell you that they are expensive.
However, I do think they are worth it. The reasons being, they are made in Italy of all leather, they make your feet appear smaller because of a raised heel bed, they have the right amount of street-style chic, and they are super comfortable. I have several pairs and have worn my regular size (8) in every pair. You can find dupes, but I can’t promise they will be comfortable or last.
I have been so lazy and have not changed my earrings (huggies) in almost a year. I got out my Christian Dior tribal pearl earrings and have started wearing them again. But I have found a serious dupe for those for under $10! Have you all abandoned wearing jewelry in the last year? I sure have, and I feel like I have all new pieces because of it.
Can you believe January is almost behind us? I, for one, am glad because I find it to be a “let down” month. Valentine’s Day is in two weeks, and I wanted to show you all some gift ideas. I am not one to wear hearts, so I thought I would add them to this post. I hope it helps if you are one to give Valentine’s Day gifts.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend. Stay well! xx
