Hi, Guys! I hope you had a great weekend and you got to get out and get some sunshine! Do you remember what I said on Friday? I wanted to sit outside on Saturday and sleep in the sun… but did that happen? My Saturday morning was spent at the “Doc in the Box” because I was sicker than I’ve been in a long time. I had a sinus infection a few weeks back that I was given an antibiotic for. A few days into taking it, I developed a rash all over my back and stomach. I quit taking the antibiotic and went on my merry way to New York and then Los Angeles. Well, that infection came back with a vengeance! I slept all day but not in the sun. I did rally enough to have dinner with our crew last night. My grandchildren are the cutest things, and I never want to miss a chance being with them. I am feeling better today, no more body aches, chills, or a sore throat! Let’s hope this round of antibiotics kicks this thing out!

Today, I wanted to show you this gorgeous botanical print dress with a self-tie from Banana Republic. This dress is dressy enough to wear to a luncheon or a wedding, but I wanted to wear it dressed down with flat sandals. The fabric is so flowy and beautiful when you walk and move. I can see this dress on vacation if you are going to Mexico or a tropical island (doing both this year). Anyone going someplace fun to take it? The dress looks more expensive than it is ($158!). It’s so hard to find a dress in that price range that looks good, but this one does! If you like it, I would jump, because there are only about five sizes left. Banana Republic has upped their game the last few seasons in my opinion. A few more dresses that I like are this one and this one.

Today is a makeup shoot day because I was out of town last week. I have a lot to catch up on. Sometimes traveling is not worth it for me…I am not the most organized! Hope you all have a great day! xx
