GALENTINE’S DAY LOOK
GALENTINE’S DAY LOOK
Hello, ladies! How are you all? I did not get around to posting on Friday because I flew to LA on Thursday for the new baby countdown. My daughter is scheduled to go in tomorrow for a c-section. I got here early to help with the first baby (an 18-month-old) and help organize things. They moved about three weeks ago, and it’s been a lot! I am so glad I came early because they ended up at the hospital early Sunday morning (3:15, to be exact). My daughter was having lots of contractions, but that baby was taunting them! Anyway, by tomorrow, we will have another granddaughter! I need to start collecting more handbags to pass down to all of these pink babies!
Speaking of pink, it’s never been one of my go-to colors to wear, but it’s so hot right now, and I thought, what the heck! It is such a girlie color and so fun for celebrating Valentine’s Day. My “gal pal” Heather and I went shopping at Alice & Olivia a few weeks back and fell head over heels for all things pink. I ended up with the faux leather blazer, pink and white silk shirt, and these super cool flare jeans. Heather got the darker pink satin jacket and another pair of cool flare jeans. We thought these were great looks to celebrate “Galentine’s Day” with the girls! How are you celebrating the day? I picked out a few Valentine’s Day-inspired items below.
I apologize for not being as visible on my blog and social media. I am giving my time to my daughter and granddaughter for the next week. Because they moved away, it’s very important to me to spend time with them. However, I love you all and want to keep (hopefully) inspiring you.
I hope you have a great week! Stay safe, Be well, and Keep warm! xx
