GREAT FALL LOOK FROM NORDSTROM

Hey, everyone! How is your week going? We have been in Montana this week with three other couples for a getaway and flyfishing trip (hence the reason I haven’t posted). The weather couldn’t have been prettier or chillier! I was cold most of the time except for about an hour on the water. I only fished one day, but it was all day long. I caught twelve fish and almost fell over the side of the boat and have a gash in my leg to prove it! We are headed back home today, and I am dying for fall-like weather after being in the mountains, which brings me to this great fall look from Nordstrom.

I was in the store at the beginning of last week and found this gorgeous bodysuit and jeans from L’Agence. L’Agence makes amazing bodysuits. The top part is a beautiful silk, and the bottom part is made from the same fabric as Commando underwear (I was told), so they are super comfortable. This bodysuit comes in a pearl grey and navy as well. I think they are so flattering! The jeans have a metallic coating on them to give them a leather-like look. They also come in five other color-prints (love this one too!) and have a great fit! This outfit is perfect for transitioning into fall. I am wearing my Gucci loafers that are still in style after wearing them for two years. Gotta love pieces that stand the test of time!

Nordstrom is one of my favorite places to get designer pieces. They have everything from the major designers like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Celine, Christian Dior, Lafayette 148, and more (I like to call those the “big boys”), plus, other streetwear everyday designers like Veronica Beard, Rag & Bone, Vince, etc. I always find great pieces for my closet! A few of my favorites right now that I would love to add for fall, are a men’s wear plaid blazer, a sweater blazer, a leather piece of some kind, this beautiful fall color blouse, a belt bag, and a kickass boot!

We are headed back to Dallas today. We spent last night at a place called Rock Creek Cattle Company, and I am obsessed with it. It is a gorgeous “ranch type” setting with so much to do. The girls had massages while the guys played golf. We are definitely coming back!  I hope you all have a great day!
