Can you believe Monday is back again?

How was your weekend? You know that relaxing Friday night I was going to have? That didn’t happen! My daughter flew in on her way back from London and surprised me on Friday morning. We had a family dinner over here on Friday night, and the little kids ended up spending the night. It was worth losing a relaxing night, for sure but I am still tired! A depressing thing happened though. On Saturday morning my four-year-old granddaughter was on the floor below me, and I saw her looking at my knees. She looked up at me and said, “Oh, Kitty, you are getting old”! Y’all, it was so funny but depressing at the same time! Out of the mouth of babes! Now I feel like I need a neck and knee lift!

I have something to share with you today about Walmart and Lord & Taylor that I did not know and was SO surprised about!

Walmart has premium brands from Lord & Taylor

Walmart generally would not be my first choice for high fashion. I like Walmart for grocery, pharmacy, toys, and, kitchen items, but fashion, not so much…until now! Did you know that Walmart now has premium brands through  Lord & Taylor? I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! I had always loved Lord & Taylor and was so sad when the store left Dallas years ago. Maybe you knew this already, but every single person I have told did not know. Walmart.com offers two different shops, the Everyday and Premium brands.

The Everyday Shop features a wide assortment of brands at fantastic prices. The Premium Shop, features more upscale brands from Lord & Taylor like Kate Spade, BCBG, Ray-Ban, Halston, Vera Bradley, and Calvin Klein. Lord & Taylor was launched in June offering customers the ability to mix high and low with convenience. It was so easy to place my order through Walmart.com.

I am obsessed with this dress!

I am obsessed with the dress I am wearing (under $50!) from Ellen Tracy to wear during the holidays and beyond. The dress is so perfect for Holiday parties but can also be worn dressed up or down for any occasion. I am wearing it in size small (wearing this tank underneath). I wanted to cinch the waist so I used a belt like this one. The earrings I chose add just enough sparkle but do not to compete with the dress and the booties make the look a little more laid back. I also love this cashmere balloon sleeve dress that can be belted as well and it comes in three colors. In addition, I am very crazy about this High/Low ruffle shirt dress. I found this chic black jumpsuit that is a piece that can be worn a lot of different places.

If you are like me, I don’t want to spend a lot on a long dress that I will probably wear once. How amazing is this gown? Someone, please order it for New Year’s Eve and send me a picture! If we were going out on New Year’s Eve, I would get it in a heartbeat and wear these sandals with it! Yes, there are also premium brand shoes (love this pair), jewelry, bags, and accessories as well! It’s so easy to get a high/low look with Walmart. The Premium Brands are not just for women. There are fantastic choices for men (great cashmere under $100) and children too.

Amazing deals up until the last minute at Walmart

Walmart (Lord & Taylor) is offering 30% off almost all regular and sale priced items while supplies last and free two-day delivery if you order by 2 pm on December 20th to get by the 24th. Talk about good deals and excellent service!

I am off to shoot this morning then having lunch with some girlfriends. Also, I am  headed off to have a second procedure that I will be filling you in on soon. We are out again tonight and then I am calling it quits for the rest of the week until Friday. I’m so tired of drinking wine (I can’t even believe I’m saying that!).
