NORDSTROM AND MY EVERYDAY LOOK
Hello, everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend! Today I am so excited to be partnering up with Nordstrom again to show you my everyday look. I have said before, that I am a jeans and tee kind of girl. I don’t work in an office and don’t need to dress up very often during the day. I wear jeans 99.5% of the time and feel the most comfortable doing so! Nordstrom is my go-to place for purchasing my favorite denim. They carry all of my favorite brands, as well as so many of my everyday essentials.
The pair of jeans I am wearing are by McGuire. They are more of a “girlfriend” style, and I thought they were super fun for summer. I love the frayed, uneven hem and the seam down the back is so different than any other pair I own. These, of course, would look great with a flat sandal or sneaker too, but I wanted to dress up my outfit a bit with these cute Sam Edelman bow mules. How stinking fun are they? They are so cute with jeans, but I will wear them with skirts and dresses too! There are so many colors in them that they will go with everything. The tee I am wearing is from Current Elliott. It comes in four other colors, but I love a white tee. The ruffle sleeve gives it a little bit dressier look, and I would absolutely wear this with a pair of pants as well.
The accessories that I included are this Clare V Leopard Print Clutch. I carry this thing with everything because let’s face it; leopard goes with anything! When in doubt, wear leopard! I have had this bag for years and plan on carrying it forever. You all are probably sick of seeing these pearl earrings, but they are my favorite go-to pair. These go with everything in my closet as well. I am really not a “pearl” girl (unless it’s on leather), but these are so whimsical and fun that they have become an everyday pair for me.
This weekend was so much fun! My daughter is head of the brand for Bumble dating app. I had dinner with the original team on Friday night to celebrate the upcoming weddings for her and her best friend who is the founder of the app. Saturday was the lingerie shower/luncheon for the two brides and LaPerla lingerie sponsored it for the girls. It was such a beautiful party and such a fun group of girls (and one guy!). Saturday night, we attended what was probably the prettiest wedding and for sure the most fantastic reception I’ve ever been to. It’s so fun to see how creative people get with weddings. It is for sure going to be a hard act to follow!!! I got up early yesterday morning and got online to make some quick orders for things I forgot about for our daughter’s wedding, and I pulled back my part and saw how much gray hair I have gotten…Dang!

First, those shoes make me almost swoon! Second, this too is close to my everyday look. How can you go wrong with easy jeans and top and for pop, a statement bag and shoes! I have that bag and even though it goes with everything, it screams hello doll! I have a pair of mules in a rusty orange color but with the big bow on their way to my house now. I can’t wait for them to arrive. I am a huge mule fan! Peace!

I have to say, when I looked on the Nordstrom site for the top, it looked so blah- on you, however, it looks fabulous. I may get it in in white, now. Love the clutch….Love & Peace.
