SPRING STRIPES AND GIFT GIFTING WITH NORDSTROM

Good Morning, everyone! Hope you have had a great weekend! By the time most of you read this, I will be on a plane heading back to Alabama then to Dallas. We have had the most glorious weekend at a Beach Club in the Bahamas, called Bakers Bay. There is not a whole lot to do there except play golf, fish, or sit outside. We were with two other couples, and it worked out great because the guys played golf and the girls just wanted to relax by the pool or the ocean. I woke up every morning at nine, which I haven’t done in forever! I clearly needed some rest! We also ate too many sweets and drank too much wine (in my case, everyone else drank rum)! It was a great trip, and I wish I could have stayed longer!

Today, I wanted to talk about gift giving ideas again with Nordstrom. I can’t tell you how easy it is to purchase everything under one roof or one website (talked about it in this post Here as well)! I got this cute dress from Kate Spade to wear to a baby shower I am hosting in a few weeks. The shower is for my photographer, Mary and I thought it was the ideal dress, especially since the baby we are celebrating is a girl. Speaking of baby gifts, I found this precious dress that is perfect for Mary’s little girl! How cute have bibs gotten? These are a far cry from the ones I put on my children! It’s super easy to find baby shower gifts at Nordstrom!

I also can wear this same dress for many other occasions, like graduations, bridal showers, luncheons, or even the Kentucky Derby (if someone would invite me!). Can’t you see this dress with a cute hat? What about graduation gifts for girls? I love the two pieces of jewelry I am wearing and think they would make a great grad or birthday gift. I love the rose gold bar necklace and the cuff bracelet. Both of these pieces are easy to wear with everything. If you have a special graduate that you need to do something a bit nicer, this necklace from Lana is my pick.

What to get a guy that is graduating is always a hard thing for me, but I think that these Bose headphones would be a great gift or this turntable and speakers system. I also love this charging wheeled suitcase (can charge your phone on it). I may need this for me! And, a set of towels is always a great gift for either sex to take to college!

I am always so busy that I don’t have time to shop around to find those perfect gifts. I know that if I go to Nordstrom or look online, that I can get everything under one roof at one time. Gift giving has never been so easy!
