How’s your week going so far? I have had a busy few days this week. I had an appointment with my oncologist on Monday that I was a tiny bit nervous about. I have had some pain in my breast (cancer side) for about five weeks now. I noticed it after I started working out with my trainer, so I assumed it was from that. I laid off of working out for a few weeks while I was sick and then traveling, but it hurt just the same. My oncologist wanted to see me and do blood work and an exam. I usually don’t get nervous about going for check-ups, but this was a pain that was new. Long story, but all is okay. I don’t have much padding (if any) under my implant from my reconstruction. She thinks that every time I lift or do something strenuous, the implant is rubbing on my ribs and nerves. I don’t care what it is, as long as I know it’s not cancer again! Thank God!!!
You may remember these pants from this post, but I wanted to bring them back out to wear with this beautiful blue blazer. The color of the blue is so gorgeous and the minute I put it on I knew I had to have it. I had on white jeans the day I tried it on, and I will wear it with them most of the time! This blazer is from my favorite designers, Veronica Beard. They just know how to design a pretty fitting blazer. I love the multiple buttons on the sleeves. I wear it half unbuttoned, and it gives the feeling of a little bell sleeve. I honestly could buy every single blazer they make. The fringe trim tank I have on will be on rotation all spring and summer under jackets and sweaters.
I wanted to mention to you all that Shopbop is having a terrific sale that starts today. Use code EVENT18

I have a breakfast meeting and a fun breakfast to attend this morning. That’s right, two of them. Y’all, I am crazy! I went all the way downtown yesterday morning to the breakfast meeting that is really today. I got the day wrong! Sometimes I wonder about myself! Anyway, I hope you all have a great day!
