OUR PLACE ALWAYS PAN
OUR PLACE ALWAYS PAN
Good Morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Ours was busy with a lot of family activities, which is always so fun! Today, I am in the kitchen with my husband, Buster, and a cookware line that is pretty darn impressive! Have you all heard of Our Place and the ALWAYS PAN? I had not, but we are definitely converted! This is the perfect pan for a family or two people, like us!
Let me preface by saying that I am not the best cook in the kitchen. Buster does most of the cooking, and thank God he does! When the kids were growing up, and he was traveling, I did it, but they wouldn’t say that I was the cook. I am, however, the best at cleaning the kitchen (remember I said that). So, let me tell you about the Always Pan. First of all, it comes in five colors that look fabulous in any kitchen. Second, the Always Pan was designed to take the place of almost every pan you have, freeing up your cabinet space. How fantastic for smaller kitchens or when you want to declutter your kitchen drawers.
Let me tell you how you can use this pan.
- As a steamer and strainer. Each Always Pan comes with a steamer basket (so you can get rid of your old steamer too!)
- The pan can be used as a sautee pan
- As a saucepan
- As a saucier
- It can also be used as a skillet
- As a fry pan
- As a nonstick pan
- Also, you can use it as a colander
- As a spoon rest (The Always Pan is designed with a built-in spoon rest and comes with a custom wooden spatula that fits perfectly)
The always plan does it all!
As you can see, this pan does it all. It has actually become a “cult-like” pan! I’m not going to make any promises here, but the Always Pan is so easy to use that I may start cooking more! It weighs about four pounds (with the lid on). It is made with a non-toxic, environmentally-friendly ceramic non-stick coating. I’m not sure what these are, but it doesn’t contain PFOA, PTFE, GenX chemicals, or other questionable materials. No Teflon is used. They use a sol-gel non-stick coating made from silicon dioxide, which means a “ceramic non-stick.” It’s been tested, and nothing can pass through the coating, making it the safest non-stick pan available. The FDA has also approved it for the highest level of food safety.
Now, remember how I said to remember that I am the best at cleaning the kitchen? I am a clean freak and have been known to SOS the crap out of my pans to get them clean. I can happily tell you that this pan is a dream to clean! It is dishwasher safe, but not really recommended. The company recommends using soapy water and a sponge (a little flat sponge that pops up when wet came with the pan). They also recommend letting the pan cool down before it is submerged in water to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. The wooden nesting spatula should be washed by hand as well. You can put the steamer basket in the dishwasher. The Always Pan is fantastic for one-pot meals because clean up is a breeze!
How to use the Always Pan
You may be wondering what to use on the pan when cooking. Our Place recommends using avocado, coconut, peanut, and extra virgin olive oils or clarified butter while the burner is on. It’s also recommended to use medium-low heat while cooking.
The holidays are quickly approaching, and this would make a super gift! How cute would it be to gift the Always Pan with some pretty kitchen towels or potholders and a pretty bottle of olive oil? I can tell you that I will be giving three or four of them just this way.
Not only does Our Place make this fantastic pan, but they have plates, bowls, and drinking glasses that all stack! Now I can have my cabinets look super organized with these good looking pieces! I hope that you will check them out. I promise you will love this pan and the price! Guess what? You can get $10 off your order by using the promo code: CATHY10. Start the holiday shopping!
I hope you all have a great Monday and stay safe and well! xx
Thank you to Our Place for sponsoring this post and for the coolest pan EVER!

I LOVE my Always Pan! I had it for a year without using it, after I got it for Mother’s Day a few years back. I have always used silver stone skillets, and I have two new ones waiting in the basement for when I scratch the surface of the current one too much. One day I was feeling guilty, since I had not used my gift yet, and I wondered what I would ever say if my daughter, who gifted my new pan to me, would ask how I liked it. I decided I just had to break it out. I was converted with the first use, and I ALWAYS use my Always Pan now, and I love it!
I do have one suggestion, though. Is it possible to put silicone or something heat protective on the helper handle? I would certainly like that, and I think many other cooks would as well.
Thank you for a wonderful pan. I doubt I ever get to those new silver stone ones waiting in my basement!
