CHIC AT EVERY AGE- HOLIDAY PLAID
We’re Baaack!!!! This month, Chic At Every Age, is taking on the Holiday Plaid shirt. I am a huge fan of a plaid shirt year round, but especially during the holidays (when I love it in flannel!). I think they look so seasonal and fun. I love them with denim, but I think they look so cool mixed with something unexpected like a leopard print (here) or gold (here). All of the shirts we are wearing are from Madewell, and all are on sale. And…it gets better. They are an additional 20% off with the code EXTRA20. Are you thinking you should buy a few for gifts??? I am!
Ashley (20’s) chose to pair hers with a cute leather skirt and mules.
Sam (30’s) paired her red plaid with white jeans, which looks so fresh to me for fall and winter.
Heather (40’s) is rocking her plaid shirt with black distressed skinnies.
And, then there’s Granny…wearing mine with boyfriend jeans rolled and a block heel pony hair sandal (on major sale too!). You know you want a cozy flannel plaid shirt now! Take advantage of these on sale at Madewell.
Have a fantastic weekend!

Hi Cathy,
Love the plaid on all the ladies. I am bias though…..Being british, I have worn many things in plaid including one of my favourites of all time, kilts. Plaids will be around for centuries. We can all love how versatile they are. In fact I too am wearing a plaid shirt with a pullover, leggings and boots…..lol
Have a smashing weekend

Last weekend I wore a blue, pink and red plaid shirt with a multicolored paisley infinity scarf! I had on dark skinny jeans and pale pink Uggs. (Short Bailey Bow)The pattern contrast was amazing. I was traveling thru Charlotte Airport and received the nicest compliments from people that I did not know. Thanks Cathy! Xoxo, Alicia
