Hello ladies! It’s been a while since I’ve posted. We kept our grandchildren for eight days while their parents were in Europe, and wouldn’t you know it, both of us (the two kids and I) got sick the day they departed. Thank God for their “sometimes” nanny! She saved the day and kept the kids at their house for two nights. Both kids had high fevers and coughs, and I had the stomach flu (maybe). We all survived, but it was a long week.

Speaking of my stomach, this last flu was the sixth time I had the same symptoms in a year. I get nauseous, then start throwing up, and it lasts for at least two days. I saw both my functional medical doctor and my gastrointestinal doctor last week and had conflicting diagnoses. The functional doc thinks I could have a parasite, but the gastro thinks it’s either my gallbladder or my chronic constipation, which makes no sense to me. I do know I will get an ultrasound in the next week or so. If any of you have ever had this experience, please email me and let me know what it was. It’s happened so often this past year that I am afraid to travel.

I wanted to show you all what my skincare routine looks like of late. It’s quite different from a few years ago, and I’ve started incorporating more clean beauty. My skin is super sensitive, dry, and eczema-prone, and I must be careful when choosing products. I love everything from May Lindstrom, especially the Blue Cocoon Solid Oil Facial Balm (the smell is divine!). May Lindstrom is a family-owned business, and May and her husband literally bottle everything in-house. Her story is personal in that she has highly sensitive and reactive skin, so she created products from raw materials that come directly from the earth and uses a small batch of suppliers worldwide. Check out her impressive ingredient list HERE. I have been religiously using four of her products that I have re-ordered continually and will use forever! The product not shown above is the Happy Galaxy Body Oil. The price point is slightly higher, but you pay for beautiful, healthy ingredients. I use all of my May Lindstrom products at night.

I use the One Skin Topical Supplement every morning. This daily moisturizer contains peptides, the only peptide scientifically proven to reverse skin aging at the cellular level. I think it works, and this is another non-negotiable product for me.

Blue Lagoon products are in the mix. These products come from the Blue Lagoon seawater in Iceland and are chock full of seawater, niacinamide, ceramides, and squalene. I love the BL + cream and eye cream. I use these products in the morning after applying One Skin. When I need more moisture, I use the Mineral Mask.

Anything Tina Craig from U Beauty does is fabulous. I am a massive fan of her Body Lotion (it makes your skin feel like velvet) and have become a big fan of the Neck + Décolleté Concentrate. This concentrate delivers support for noticeable wrinkle-depth reduction, naturally optimizes elasticity, and produces more toned-looking skin with an instant blurring effect…YES!

I use Sisley Gentle Make-up Remover For Face and Eyes because it is very gentle and doesn’t sting my eyes.

The last product that I love is from Drunk Elephant. I read somewhere that this was a great hand cream. It is amazing! It nourishes and delivers 24-hour moisture, softens and repairs dry hands, and diminishes the visible signs of aging. I have this in my bathroom and my car.

Another product I discovered is from Curel. Their Japanese Skin Care Deep Moisture Spray is fantastic. It is a spray-on moisturizer with hydrating ceramides for dry skin and the face. I use it after a shower or bath and under my regular lotion or body oil. It’s great for your back when you can’t reach the middle with your hands. I spray it on, and it calms down the itchiness.

I love and use all of these products every day. I might rotate several others, but these are my Holy Grail for now. Do you all use any of these or have your own Holy Grail products? I would love to know!

I am shopping for birthday gifts for my soon-to-be two-year-old granddaughter. We are headed to California for her birthday later this week. It’s been a minute since I’ve seen them, and I am looking forward to seeing them. Both girls love Princesses, and that is the theme of the party. I love a good Princess party myself!

I hope you have a great day! Be Well and Stay safe!
