A STRAPLESS DENIM DRESS AND WHAT’S IN MY CART
Happy Friday, friends! When most of you see this post, I will be en route to Los Angeles. I am headed there for the next week to visit my daughter and granddaughters (so excited!). However, I have a twenty-four-hour “mini-vacay” with my great friend, Janet (Grateful Gardenia). We are headed to the Balboa Bay Resort for a bit of R&R. We will head back to LA, and another great friend from Dallas will join me for a few days. I’m also seeing my favorite hairdresser next week!
I am looking forward to all of it!
I wanted to show you this fantastic strapless denim dress and fill you in on some things I have in my shopping cart and some things I’ve already pulled the trigger on (patiently waiting for them to arrive). First, let’s talk about this denim dress. This dress will hug you in all the right places for sure! It is a hot little number that looks amazing on its own, but I wanted to wear it with an off-white denim jacket. If you are a little more busty, I suggest increasing your size. I got the Xs but probably should have gone with the small. It’s a great date or girls’ night out dress! I also paired my favorite L’Agence sandals with it, but come fall; I will love a boot with it!

- STRIPED HENLEY– Perfect Fall casual shirt
- SUEDE ANKLE BOOTIES– I’ve bought this boot every Fall season and absolutely love them! They are so comfy!
- LEATHER-EFFECT BLAZER IN CHOCOLATE BROWN– I’m into chocolate brown and love this blazer.
- NONSTICK CAST ALUMINUM PUMPKIN PATCH LOAF PAN– I love baking pumpkin bread in the Fall. This makes a beautiful loaf of bread! This is William & Sonoma’s newest bread pan.
- RITUAL ESSENTIAL MULTIVITAMIN WOMEN 50+– Has anyone heard that Covid is coming back? I am getting ready with a good multivitamin! They are giving 40% off your first order for a limited time.
- MAXI SLIP SKIRT– This is such a pretty skirt, and I love the autumn color!
- ADIDAS SAMBA OG CLOUD SNEAKER– One of my fabulous friends (a Neiman Marcus personal shopper) told me this is THE sneaker of the season. They are super hard to find, but I found them and can’t wait to get them!
- MEDIUM RAFFIA TRAVEL JEWELRY CASE– I am traveling a lot this Fall. I just ordered this travel jewelry case to take with me.
- STRIPED RIBBED MIDI POLO DRESS– One of my cute young influencer friends had this on last week. It is such a fun dress, and I just ordered it. You won’t believe the price!
- STRAPLESS FISHTAIL DRESS– My husband and I are going to Spain in early October. I think this is a great dress that I can wear in different ways and is easily packable.
- TWEED MOTO JACKET– I just like it!
- FOOTBALL SHAPED CHARCUTERIE BOARD– My husband and boys get together to watch football (especially Alabama) on Saturdays. This charcuterie board will be so fun for them!
Last but not least, these jeans! I went to an AVARA event on Tuesday night to see their Fall Collection. They sent me these jeans, and I am OBSESSED! I could have exercised in them; they are that comfortable! You won’t believe the price of them either! I’m ordering another pair!
