ADRIAN ALLEN SHOES

Happy Hump Day Everyone! Who got snowed in yesterday or today? We were supposed to get it yesterday, but it passed us by and just left us with bitter cold. We are keeping the grand little’s, and they were so cold while getting them to school. I felt so bad for them! I am off to NYC this morning and wish I could take the shoes above (supposed to have snow on the ground and be really cold)! Why am I kicking my heels up in this photo? Because I am wearing my first pair of Adrian Allen Shoes and they are incredibly comfortable.

As I have gotten older (shoot, it’s happening!) my little pigs aren’t so happy with pointed pumps or hard soled shoes anymore. They are starting to get very persnickety about what is placed on them, but these shoes have them in hog heaven! This shoe is called the Stella, from Adrian Allen and she is just the right one for day or night. She is classy with a little sass (love the fringe tassel) I would wear her dressed up or dressed down, in jeans or dresses. This shoe has a 2.5-inch heel with the 0.5-inch platform that minimizes pressure on the front of the foot and ankles. They zip in the back holding your foot in place and have thick padding from the ball of the foot to heel. The padding is amazing.

Gwen Allen, the founder of Adrian Allen, decided to manufacture her brand after losing patience with the shoe market’s lack of fashionable and comfortable choices. How many times have you tried on a pair of shoes at the store then wear them the first time, only to be miserable? Gwen had the same problem, having a closet full of pretty shoes that she couldn’t stand or walk in. The only dressy shoes she could find weren’t attractive and didn’t compliment her style. I love what she did; she started her own line (love a #girlboss!). The shoes are manufactured in Brazil with a team that has worked for more than twenty years with widely respected American shoe brands. Her Adrian Allen brand is committed to feminine, fashionable, and wearable dress shoes.

The pair I am wearing is my favorite, but I think the Debbie in black is super classic and could be worn every day. I would wear them with the outfit above or could see them with a pleated midi skirt. CUTE!!! Speaking of the outfit, I love my jacket from Ann Taylor. It has a very “Chanel” feel to it. The blue chambray shirt is about the softest thing I’ve worn. I love the bow tie and ruffle at the sleeve.

If your feet are tired or achy after a day of errands or work, I would highly recommend you try a pair from Adrian Allen. My chiropractor is going to be thrilled when I show her these shoes!

I hope you all have a great day and stay warm! xx

Thank you, Adrian Allen, for sponsoring this post!
