FEMININE MILITARY STYLE JACKET
Hello, everyone! How are you all? I have had a busy week and think I need to move somewhere where there are no trees! Y’all, allergy season has beaten me up this year! I was light headed and dizzy( I’m still a blonde under this red, so no jokes!) all day yesterday and I kid you not, I had the hiccups seven times! What is that??? Today, I am showing a very casual look because I have spent a lot of time in the last couple of weeks planning outfits (will explain later in this post) and I am in a very casual mood, but how cute is this feminine military style jacket?
I should not have purchased this military style jacket because I already have about six military looking jackets in my closet (but I did!). They are all a little different, but, they are still military style. This one was different as well with the feminine lace and scalloped edges. It comes in a light grey and natural color too! I should have gotten the grey to make it look different from all of the green jackets in my closet, but green is more my color. Anyway, it looks great over a dress, tee, or cami, and I bet like me, you would wear this all Spring and Summer. I paired mine with this cute cami, my fav jeans, and Golden Goose sneaks that I love so much (remember here?).

The reason I said (above) that I have been planning outfits is because this afternoon is the beginning of the Reward Style conference. There is a handful of us girls over 40 but the rest are in their 20’s and 30’s, and it is a fashion show! I’m so thankful that it is here in Dallas because I don’t have to pack! There is a cocktail party tomorrow evening and then Friday morning starts classes and brand meetings.
I have a full day on Friday because I am going to miss the conference on Saturday. We leave bright and early for the Bahamas! I’m so excited, but that means packing for that trip. Ugghh! I have packing anxiety! My husband says, not to dwell on it and throw a bathing suit and shorts in a bag. Hahaha, that is hysterical! I need bathing suits, cover-ups, hats, dinner outfits, etc…. Love the look. Thank you. What do you wear under the cami? I think I’d feel too bare especially if I wanted to take the jacket off.

Hey, Christine! If you felt too bare under that cami, I would layer another one in a solid (maybe black) under it. If camis aren’t your thing, maybe a cute tee (perhaps striped or a light tie-dye) would be a great choice! Have a great weekend! xx

Have a great trip!! Packing for a trip stresses me out too!! hahaha…Just heading out tmw for a couple days and one night thank goodness, but I still overthink everything and take too much! A woman has to be prepared…Love your fashion style…that military jacket is adorable with the lace…I may need to pick this one up. My last military jacket was given to my daughter cuz she just “loved” it. 🙂 xoxo
