Good Morning! I hope you all had a great weekend! I really hate to tell you what my office looks like today, but I am going to (because I am mean like that!). As I am writing this, I am looking at palm trees, the bluest water, and sailboats. The beach is literally two hundred feet from the house we are staying in, and it is like heaven! We are in Bakers Bay in the Bahamas with a group of friends for a little R & R. We are getting on a boat today and doing some island hopping. Enough about that, let’s get to today’s look. I am partnering with Nordstrom today to show some great pieces from a few of my favorite designers.

You all might know that I am a huge fan of Frame denim.

I live in my jeans, and I love Frame! Finding a great fitting pair of jeans is like finding a bathing suit. You have to try on a few pairs to find the right ones. What I love about Frame, is that now that I know my size, I know that they are going to work. In my closet, the majority of my jeans are from Frame. The fit and quality are always good. I have always been a “skinny” jean kind of girl, but I am really into the new styles that are looser and cropped.

I think the square pockets in the front and the raw hem are so fun. Truly, I love them paired with a heel, but will wear a flat sandal or wedge with them too. I get most all of my jeans from Nordstrom because they always have a great selection from so many designers.

As well as being a fan of Frame, I am also a huge fan of Veronica Beard (this post and this one). A good quality blazer (or two) is essential in every wardrobe, and I think Veronica Beard makes amazing ones. Blazers can dress up a pair of jeans, or add a cool look over a dress, paired over a skirt, and well, y’all know what to do with them!

Honestly, I think VB just knows how to make a blazer and I think they are genius to make every one of them with the hidden zippers so that the dickeys can be added to them to change up the look. I knew that they would eventually come out with a leopard dickey and was so excited when they did. I can wear this one with my white and pink blazer too! Again, I can find so many of my favorite Veronica Beard and Spring pieces at Nordstrom plus the shoes and accessories to go with them!

I am so grateful that we have such sweet friends that invited us to come to this beautiful place. Bakers Bay is a members-only club community that has 6-1/2 miles of white sand beach, a beach club, three restaurants, a spa, and gorgeous homes in the Abaco Islands. We would NEVER be able to visit this place if we weren’t invited by our friends, and I feel so lucky to be able to be here and enjoy this beautiful place. I hope you all have a great day! xx
