FRENCH GIRL VIBE
Hello, friends! I hope you all enjoyed your Labor Day weekend and didn’t get around any huge crowds! Isn’t that sad that I said that? We hung out around the house all weekend and had my son, daughter in law, and a friend to dinner on Monday. I will tell you one thing I am doing, and that is drinking a lot of wine (at least it’s red). My mom and I are drinking a glass (sometimes two on the weekend) every night now. I think because we are bored with being home so much and need to look forward to something. Am I alone here? Today, I wanted to show this cool French girl vibe blouse (wearing a size 0) that is on sale that I think would look good with any color hair and screams fall!
French Girl Vibe
I found this blouse at Sandro while I was shopping last week. Have you all ever been into a Sandro or Maje store? They pump the best fragrance into the air (sidenote)! Both stores are French-based and owned by two sisters and have a cool french girl vibe. Anyway, I love the pieces in both stores and am so glad that we have both here in Dallas. I still am obsessed with this cardigan I bought in the spring from Sandro. Some of my favorite pre-fall pieces from Sandro are this checked jacket, this dreamy cardigan, and this very Frenchy blouse. The pieces that are on sale that I would love is this gorgeous dress, this green pleated skirt, and this long print dress.
Maje is a little edgier in feel and a little more vibey. I just purchased this tweed style coat and loved the relaxed style. How adorable is this cardigan with velvet trim? Yes, please! And I am obsessed with this dress! I just need a place to wear it! A few things that are on sale that are noteworthy are these sandals, this topstitched cardigan (in two colors), and this floral wrap dress.
The jeans I am wearing (wearing a 24) are the Perfect Vintage style from Madewell.
I have these jeans in blue and white as well, and love them! Now about these sandals, the “Birkenstock” style sandal has been super big this spring and summer, and you either hate it or love it. I obviously love it because they are so comfy, and I think they do look cool, especially the pair I have that keep selling out. There are lots of other styles to choose from in this style of sandal. I think the ones from Freedom Moses are great and have a fantastic price point. This pair is similar in feel and more feminine.
What are you all binge-watching these days? We are looking for something new. We have been watching old (not too old) movies lately. And we are so juvenile (my mom included) and watched The Campaign and The Birdcage this weekend. We have seen both a million times and laugh as we’ve never seen them before. Have to admit we all love potty humor! Whatever it takes to laugh out loud right now, right?

Great theme- red wine and French style. I love the top, just not a fan of brown- wish it came in other colors!

Just ordered the navy cardigan! You know I’m all about a good cardigan????????????OMG, I know! The glass wine bottles! We don’t even have separate recycling, so I just put them in their own paper bags in the trash bin.????
