Cute Summer Tops Under $100 and Nordstrom Giveaway

Good morning, friends! I hope you all had a great weekend. We blew it out in a big way on Friday night for my husband’s birthday, even though it was just family. We did not get into bed until 1:30, and believe me; I felt it all weekend! And we didn’t have much to do for the rest of the weekend. We biked, walked, and watched about four episodes of The Crown (season 3). We are obsessed with it! It’s all making sense why Prince Charles is a little different. I feel so sorry for him! Fact, I am an Anglophile and always thought I should live in England. Each time I have been there, I have felt a strong connection. I would also love to say “bloody hell’ instead of damit!

Today, I wanted to show some cute summer tops under $100.

I don’t know about you, but as much as I love hanging out in my athleisure wear, I have started getting dressed every day in jeans and a cute top or a flowy dress if I am running an errand or going to the doctor. Now, I’m not saying I won’t put on my comfy pieces at night to watch our shows, but I am making an effort each day. I just hate spending a lot on summer tops right now because it’s already July, and I’m not going anywhere except to do a few errands. I still like to look cute! The top I am wearing is sold out except in the xs (you all are going to kill me!). I promise I got it about three weeks ago and poof, it’s already gone.

I have lived in these Madewell jeans for most of the summer.  So I got them in white, blue, and blackish and love them so much. My sandals were picked up last year during a Nordstrom designer sale. They are no longer available but linked to a very similar style.

The Christian Dior bag is a copy but a damn good one! I ordered it here. I only can speak to this bag, but I have seen the Chanel 19, and it does not look good.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

If you don’t know yet, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is going to be starting on August 13th (Early Access) and open to everyone on August 19-30. This Friday, July 24th, everyone will be able to view the sale online. I like that they are doing this because it will give us enough time to study it. I have bought just to buy in the past because I was afraid things would go fast and then ended up taking things back because I didn’t need or want. This way, it gives time to think about it. I have a busy week with a couple of doctors appointments and work deadlines. Tomorrow is my biannual oncology appointment. As much as it brings back all of those memories, I like to go to make sure everything is A-Ok. My blood is taken (Cancer Antigen Test), and they prod around on the girls to make sure they don’t feel anything, and that is about it. Fingers crossed!
