TWO WAYS TO WEAR A FAUX LEATHER JUMPSUIT
Hi, everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend and are having a good start to the week. A lot is going on in the world right now! I feel so bad (not really!) that Mark Zuckerburg lost over six billion dollars yesterday. Did you all see Sixty Minutes this past Sunday? Apparently, a whistleblower who used to work at Facebook came out with a lot of information about how bad Facebook is for teenagers (especially girls) and other nefarious things. I was traveling and didn’t catch it, but I am going to watch it (here) today. I’ve been hearing that October is going to be a wild month! Let’s pray it’s wild in a good way!
Today, I have my favorite gal-pal, Heather of So Heather, visiting the blog again! We fell instantly in love with these adorable faux leather jumpsuits (available here in all sizes) from Alice and Olivia. We frequent the Alice and Olivia store in Dallas regularly and grabbed these jumpsuits a few weeks back. Also, we wanted to show them styled two ways, one dressed up and the other down. First, however, I have to tell you how incredibly chic they are but most of all how soft the inside of these babies are! I could wear mine every day! This jumpsuit has a fitted style made with vegan leather with a hint of stretch.
Styling My Jumpsuit
I chose to wear mine with a striped tank underneath and sneakers to give it a casual look. This look is great for traveling, shopping, errands, or a casual lunch or dinner. Heather dressed her jumpsuit up by pushing up the elastic cuffs and adding a chic heel. She is date or girl’s night out ready. This jumpsuit went fast at Alice and Olivia but is available in most sizes here.
I got to babysit my granddaughter yesterday. It had been a week since I last saw her, and she is starting to get some chub on her thighs! I love a fat and squishy baby! I have a lot going on this week! Also, I have my son and daughter-in-law coming in later in the week. I am also hosting two events to benefit the Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Foundation. One will be in Highland Park Village (Dallas) at Alice and Olivia on Thursday from 4-7. The other will be at Kendra Scott in Southlake on Saturday from 1-4. Come by if you live in the area!
Have a great day, and stay well and safe!
