I hope everyone had a great weekend and a fun day with the special men in their lives. We had a fun weekend with good friends, and reconnecting with some we hadn’t seen in a while. I am on an “exploring” Nashville kick right now. This place has changed and grown, and there are so many new places to discover.

How many of you have an Instagram account?  I have had a lot of friends ask me, what the heck is LiketoKnow.It  on Instagram so I decided to try and educate you all about this the best that I can. The world of tech and all of these APPs  can be overwhelming but I encourage you to try and learn. Personally, I am learning, only if it is to keep up with my children and grandchildren. I know how difficult it is to try and teach my parents about their phones and iPads, and I don’t want my children to have the same problem with me!!!

So, if you use Instagram, I am sure you have seen the term LiketoKnow.It. This is a subscription program that you sign up for only one time ( it’s easiest to do on your phone). Once you are signed up, anytime you” like” a photo on  Instagram that has “Liketoknow.it” in the verbiage, an e-mail will be sent to you with details of the products. And it’s not just clothing items. If you follow a blogger (or brand) who is a chef, decorator, landscaper, etc… and you see a certain pillow (for instance) that you love, “like” it, and you will get details on what’s in the picture. How cool is that?

Here’s how you set it up:

Step 1. Register your e-mail one time only on the www.liketoknow.it website

Step 2. Like instagrams that include the www.liketk.it links

3. Open your e-mail to receive ready to shop product links

So why do bloggers use this LiketoKnow.It? Because, it’s so much easier to share product information this way.  Instagram is not only a place to share images, but is also becoming a huge source of shopping. In other words, bloggers and brands are doing the work and giving you the source.
