Cute Feminine SweaterShirTee For Spring

Good Morning, everyone! How was your Easter weekend? It was supposed to storm here on Easter, but it moved out quicker than they thought and ended up being a really lovely day. I missed my family and being able to be in church, but we watched our service online and had a FaceTime with the whole family! Our oldest and the grandkids are in Florida, our daughter is in France, and our youngest and his wife are here in Dallas. It was odd, but we got through it and hopefully will never have a holiday like that again. I sure hope yours was as good as it could be.

Today, I wanted to show a cute feminine sweatshirtee (sweater/sweatshirt) from Madewell and the cutest jeans. Instead of wearing my heart on my sleeve, I’m wearing it on my tush! I ordered this sweater soon after the shelter in place was ordered. I wanted to be able to look somewhat put together (maybe 2 or 3 times per week). This striped sweater is part sweatshirt, part sweater, and part tee. I love the rainbow stripes because it looks good with dark and light denim (wearing a size XS). It also has bubble sleeves, making it look super feminine. This cute feminine SweaterShirTee (just made that up) is on major sale and will get you through the rest of Spring.

I love Mother denim and thought the style of this pair was so cute. I ordered them without looking at the backside, and when I put them on, I realized there was a heart on the back of my tush! How cute is that? It just seems so appropriate for right now. I’m trying to put on my jeans as much as possible these days. Have you all noticed any COVID-19 weight gain? I have stayed the same weight for the last ten years, but the scale is showing a different number these days. I call it my COVID Layer. Guess it’s from being less active, although I’m walking every day, something I wasn’t doing before. My husband keeps telling me it’s AGE! I am ignoring him!

What is on your agenda today? I keep saying that I’m going to clean out and organize my drawers, but it hasn’t happened yet. It’s weird, I have so much more time on my hands, but am getting less done. Maybe I am learning not to sweat the small stuff?
